The entertainment ( water aerobics, volleyball, Bogia etc.) were very good. The entertainers very friendly and set up. Also otherwise the people very helpful and friendly. We had a 16-year-old Großkind with blond hair and blue eyes with us. This has, unfortunately, with most native men a Adrealin thrust triggered. This can manmchmal somewhat be unpleasant. Very beautiful hotel and area. The service provided by the waiters is the child care rather flop. Although there is a Neckermann kids club we were slanted looked at, as our son 1 hour for stay wanted. The child care laughed rarely and greeted hardly. The food is good however you get all inclusive all drinks only in 2 DL glasses. It is very difficult, as you anytime again supplies and it must ensure the guests and also the waiters more difficult. A dirty cup, just a other take.
The beach was very nice spacious and you can also on the left and on the right to walk a bit (there of course not so clean). Water very clean and flat, but that is near the town of El gouna (1 km) you would expect.
hotel is in the stretched, from the entrance to the beach I guess
500 meters time, with Publicbus after Hurghada cost 80 cents 13 kilometer per person, also go to El gouna. Of course a hotel taxi pay strong is however your own fault.

everyone is very helpfull and friendly, the new manager, Mr. Ashraf is very friendly too and keeps his promises.
no need for bringing shampo with you or soap, because there are soap and shampo dispensors in the bathroom
