After several stays in W. A. I am a absinkende service quality. The hotel has a good name, the cleanliness of our bathroom was unfortunately to be desired. The rooms only against 18 o'clock 'clean' made. The size of the room was apparently hit and Miss, we had a very large room, actually very beautiful, but sadly there was no heating! From the staff we were told, that the temperature is controlled automatically by the hotel. The hotel is centrally located in Manhattan corner of park ave., 50th street, next underground station 51st street Lexington ave. /. Rockefeller Center is within walking distance, otherwise there is direct access by U-Bahn anywhere (even to JFK airport, or taxi for 45 $fixed price). In the hotel and nearby there are several restaurants of different price categories. The Waldorf-Astoria decor is upscale, as the name promises.
