The Waterfront Hotel offers excellent conference facilities. Housed within a quiet part of the hotel are 2 conference rooms, both are found on the second floor and both equipped with all the necessary equipment needed for meetings and are fully air-conditioned. The largest of these being the Acquarine Suite which can accommodate 120 delegates theatre style. The Cygnet can accommodate up to 40 delagates and both rooms combined can host up to 200 delagates
Gastronomy in the hotel
The hotel’s main restaurant, The Regatta boasts of excellent dishes, as asserted by the best Mediterranean food and wine traditions. In this elegant restaurant, a Buffet Breakfast and Lavish buffet dinners are served daily.
During the summer, the pleasures of the palate culminate in the weekly BBQ dinners, held on our Roof Top Terrace by the swimming pool with open views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The Basilico is another Restaurant within the Hotel and it offers an a la carte menu, serving Salads, Pasta, Pizza, Grills and deserts with a Mediterranean influence within a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Star Café, the Hotel’s cafeteria, offers a vast selection of delicious snacks and has recently introduced some fantastic new items to the menu

The hotel is ideal as a starting point for excursions valletta and the island general. Direct bus station for the hop on hop off bus in front of the hotel. less than 4 stars were deserved, hotel staff is friendly and helpful the furniture is a bit old and partly defective mitgebuchtes breakfast is ok: Rich with sufficient buffet selection half board (with evening meal) is not recommended to book hotel is located on street with much traffic, but with closed windows no problem, particularly as the air conditioning worked very well (this applies for the rooms with the incredibly beautiful view of the bay and Valetta Sliema! - in April 10
