Putting aside the rude and unhelpful attitude of the woman who checked us in and the extreme lack of staff by the pool (it took us over 20 mins to get a drink) I would say the worst part of this hotel is their follow up and inability to turn a guest in to one that would like to return.

What we found during our stay, however, was that the staff was good but not great, the fitness center was in need of renovation (all of the exercise machines were dated), the pools were crowded the policy for the "adults only" pool was not enforced, and the golf course staff were very inconsistent (although the course was nice). - in April 11
