Pure business hotel with many tourist. American facilities, a Westin or Marriott knows who, knows them all. But that's okay, you know, that everything is there. And the professional. Breakfast was rather simple and for the long-standing mass. Very poor breakfast service, or none. Front desk professional. the hotel is for Zagreb, good, but needed a renovation in some time. It has not deserved its stars, or need to improve them against walking distance. Many tourists and tour groups on a short stay only to Zagreb to see and dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. This casino but rather the semblance of a gambling. Read more

... have conjured up an excellent salad with some side dishes and was very courteous and friendly.
The rooms are good Westin-standard and the usual levels equipped, including the possibility to make coffee making facilities.
Breakfast is served from a more than enough equipped buffet.

Clean, large city hotel in a central location, breakfast/dinner good quality.
Large, clean rooms, coffee making facilities in the room; minibar, safe, the furniture was convenient.
Friendly staff, good foreign languages, very clean rooms, laundry, good help with any tourist queries.
No problems with the cell phone reception, normal value, best travel time spring/early summer. Interesting old town with museums, cafes and international/national restaurants, it will be all kinds needs catered for.
