We were as a family 1 week in the winter in the hotel. Basically the owner very much trouble. Nevertheless the hotel is for families with small children and for strict non-smokers not recommendable. In Austria no ban on smoking applies, is efficient smoking. The smoking area is located close to at the entrance and when checking in one believes in a 'pub' landed and not in a four-star hotel.
