The area was nicely arranged and neat. The hotel had (in total, with the resort) about 400 rooms, 3 pools, a lagoon beach and another beach by the sea (but you had to take the bus to get there). The room, the area and the restaurants, etc. were always clean. The dishes, etc. were clean too. Nothing to complain. We had all inclusive. Extra costs for example for fresh juice for breakfast. Very nice, Nubian-style hotel, huge, very well-tended garden area. Ideal hotel for a family holiday, as there were family rooms available which consisted of two double rooms with connecting door. Most guests were from Belgium, France and Germany, mixed age structure. We'd booked a family room which consisted of two double rooms and a connecting door. The rooms were so tiny that one was able to store only one suitcase, there was not enough place for the 2nd suitcase. As we went to sleep, we thought to get a break from our nightmare. But the nightmare did not end. One could hear the people snoring from the next room. Warm water was not always available. Many times, as we took showers, we did not have any warm water. The hotel consists of the Rihana Inn: 3 stars, absolutely tiny rooms, but nicely situated around the pool. Around the Rihana Resort: 4 stars, super rooms, nice and big with terrace or balcony, TV (RTL, VOX, Das Zweite). Room cleaning very clean!!
