The bottom line first: everything okay, I would recommend. Hotel: large, friendly, clean, well organized, in good condition. Rooms: the resort (only the small): large, pleasant, functional free mini safe (is perhaps a tray for a laptop). Sufficiently large balcony (with two chairs, a table and enough space around) internet: (a) there is a hotel's own Windows computers, with 1 euro per half hour affordable. Hello, I have to say, that a great moderate room in three corners rihana. Can't hear such statements as: dirty, unfriendly... THIS IS NOT EVERYTHING! We really can't complain about anything, the food was just delicious (the kitchen is run by a Belgian chef). Of course, after two weeks you want to get away from it all, but if you do that, you did not go to the holiday. Hotel was a quarter occupied... Some German and many belgians, as well as Dutch.
As neither the beach nor the 'beach' full and the atmosphere of the hotel pleasant quiet.
Definitely to complain about were the food plan -for one week and then completely repeated - as well as the almost complete lack of variation of the buffets.
The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The second time we have stayed at this property and would the rooms the blocks 5000, 6000, 7000 and 8000 recommend. This guarantees a short distance to the activePool, facing the lagoon, to the restaurant and the front desk. The room 9127 you should take a night owls, as it is behind the peanut bar and from 19:00 o'clock very loud music played. my husband and i have just returned from a weeks holiday at this resort and i can say the peanuts bar can only be compared to a very bad old style working mans club if any can remember what they used to be like in the 60s on the whole we did enjoy the holiday the food could be a lot better ok if you liked pasta and veggies meat was on short supply and mini portions at that the room was big and overlooked the pool great very nice the sunset bar is out of the way but once found is great nice staff comfy chairs the mozzys were bad i looked as if i had chicken pox nothing worked creams plug ins etc be aware to take brewers yeast prior to going i did not this time and belive me these do work

Hotel great everyone very helpful, have to say a big thank you to the management for arranging another room so quickly - on arrival we were allocated a room at the back of block 6 ground floor, the room I felt was not suitable due to 1- poorly furnished 2- dark balcony right above man holes for the drains no safe deposit bathroon needed attention (not very nice) We complained stright way but we unable to change until the next day as they had no rooms available that night .

Check in is pretty slow and again chaotic, finally got to our rooms and luggage arrived soon after , rooms were clean and basically furnished balcony was very small but overlooked the pool which was nice. - in September 10
On arrival we were quickly rushed into the main restaruant sunny which i can only discribe as a school canteen the tables were dirty, food on the floor even the chefs didnt clean their own mess up, the food they had left was all dried up and unedible,Then to the rooms oh my god i ve never seen beds so old( i will say the rooms were clean and we had a pool view on the first floor) the interior of the rooms were very dated, but still i expected better for what we paid and from previous hotels we ve stayed in we travel ever 12 weeks,next day we moved rooms actually ever one who arrived was unhappy and moved rooms, next room slightly better same old dated interior but clean enough,im going to list a few other complaints we found, al a carte restaruant is not free they give you 40 ep towards each meal about 5 pounds but a meal for two will cost about 50 pounds hire towels dirty BBQ night like a cattle market food uncooked if get any and no where to sit, you get all drinks in childrens plastic cups, no hair dryers , mini bar in room you pay for, the broucher pictures are not of hotel rooms, not 4 star say only 2 star, no meal provided on transfer from ship in rooms you leave your towels on floor when you want them changed well PLEASE check them because they refold them and put them back on rack bedding not changed ants in rooms they serve the remaining food from evening in the morning breakfast they dont cater for english all german, danish music even kareoke, but the most disdurbing issue is the cleaners/maids( males) walk in and out your rooms whenever they like many times a day doing what we never new they leave doors / balcony doors open and unlocked this we found very upsetting and had the management down on numerious occasions but no explaination, dispite all this we tried to enjoy the week and there is some nice bits The lagoon is lovely, the beach is amazing(dont forget your snorkals) but your have to pay for alcohol on beach which is wrong, free shuttle bus to beach but we used tuc tuc about 1. - in November 09
I've been long haul airline crew for over 12 years now & been all over the world staying in hotels - I would defo book again here - rooms clean-food great-drinks on tap-decent wine and beer-private beach-I could go on and on - ideally situated to walk downtown - and regular buses to beach and marina.

Overall i enjoyed the hoilday the weather is amazing, kids had a great time in the pool's, played some cool music, lagoon is nice, snorkeling in the red sea was fab and best of all for me was the history of egypt.

The hotel itself is nicely laid out, nice gardens and 3 pools (they should make one pool adult only though as they have the space, some people like to relax - sleep), location is good, close to downtown. - in June 10

we decided to eat out every evening otherwise we would of starved to death you can use the 2 other restaurants on site for an extra charge and the dolci vita is really nice the 2 staff there really work hard and remember what you drink and bring more before you have finished your first one, the chaz pascal restaurant is a bit slow and food is poor, The bars never seem to have any tonic for a gin but they dont mind you buying it at the supermarket and giving it to them to use in your drinks, peanuts bar was usually noisy and butlins style entertainment , but the sunset bar is nice and relaxing and the waiter there is very good.

The pools were clean and had good slides for kids, young and old :o) One draw back is we were located near one of the bars that had karaoke on or disco on til 11pm or so so if you were not a night owl this may cause some annoyance. - in October 09
The rep did not seem to know much and everything we asked him he gave the wrong information, so all in all hotel and grounds are really nice , pools are clean , pool towels not always available so keep from the day before and change when you can, food is extremly poor and trips are overpriced so dont bother with them, We are freqeuent travellers and have been to many place, but this is one we will deffinetly not be returning to, it is also the least All Inclusive hotel we have ever stayed in .

25 for two persons each way and the food is better and BBQ every lunchtime , The pools are nice in hotel, When it came to meal times we ate in the plaza restaruant its clean,with table clothes and candles, waiter service for drinks, and a lot better place, in the evening you get a show for about 30 mins its amature but fun and there is only two bars open at night for the whole resort when the show ends so does the bar, As i said we travel alot and have never stayed in anything like this before and hope never will again. - in September 09
