It is a small, quiet and nice hotel with very pleasant ambience. Also when fully booked, we had to wait at the buffet. The breakfast and dinner were good and varied with international and traditional dishes. We experienced the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Very wireless Internet is free and worked in the rooms and building was excellent; three German programs in the tv. The surrounding construction during our stay not in use. The waiting and bar staff at the hotel were fabulous very freindly and polite however sometimes the service was very slow, in the main restaurant in evening the choice was very limited i feel that the need to expand a little on the food, i am a very fussy eater which doesnt help but my husband is not and he even said there was not much choice and that the food was not great but not bad sometimes we even found the food to be luke warm on one occasion i actually complained to the staff in the main restaurant that my food was cold they took it away and then the chef came out and started removing some of the food in the heaters and replacing it with fresh food they appologised and brought me out a lovley plate full of fresh fruit to try make up for it, we also ordered room service one evening due to me being poorly and even that was cold, at the snack bar in the afternnon i ordered some carbonara as i hadnt eaten very much and thought i couldnt go wrong with this but after having a few fork fulls i realised that it was cold all the way through, my husband paid the bill and when he was paying he told the staff that my pasta was cold all they said was they would call the chef and tell him we were not happy, but the still charged us for the cold pasta. - in October 10

Agadir beach is lovely however it is quite a long walk to all the restaurants and shops, so after a few days of walking we decided to take a taxi, which was an experiencing in itself and only cost a couple of ponds.

*Snack bar served excellent food, excellent prices approx £5 each, only thing that spoilt the meal was the depressing new orleans type music played 24/7 *rooms were excellent size, very comfortable and cleaned daily *wine was approx £10 a bottle which was quite reasonable considering extremely high prices for other alcoholic drinks int he hotel, although same bottle of wine in the supermarket was £1, (tip - take your passport, they wont sell alcohol without it) we had many a glass of wine on the balcony, as you could sit outside and hear the singer. - in January 10

he told us that he had been loooking for us the night before but didnt see us my husband explained that i had not been very well and that we had room service, they offered to cook me anything that i wanted if i did not like what was on the menu that evening so i took then up on the offer and they made me a lovley omelette, and afterwards they brought me another plate of fresh fruit with ice cream which went down a treat, we had two younger girls sit at the table next to me they waited ages for cuttlery and then while they were half way through their food i had to flag a waiter down to get the girls a drink because what they do is the look at you and smile and then walk away sometimes they dont even notice you havent had a drink order taken or you have plates with left over food sitting at the side of you.

This was the first time I have travelled to Morocco and decided to take my 15yr old daughter with me ,On arrival we were given a glass of mint tea and a cold cloth to refresh us while we waited for the porter to take are bags to the room ,The room was a very large comfortable area with a pool view and was extremely clean and very well maintained ,the pool was salt water but not over powering as I have found with some pools and was cleaned everyday to a very high standard fresh towels were laid out for you on every lounger and there were more if needed , The breakfast buffet was very generous to the extent that some guests took food for lunch in their bags (very naughty) , the Lunch snacks available were cooked from fresh so at busy times were a bit slow but worth the wait ,The evening buffet was extremely good value for money all very fresh with a good choice but I really felt they could do with an la a cart menu in the evening for people not wanting the buffet as there is a very short supply of restaurants in this area so we did stay in for suppa during are stay there ,The night time entertainment was very good ,All of the staff at this hotel give the best service you could wish for nothing is a problem and its always done with a smile ,The Spa is small but very good we had a steam and a salt scrub all very relaxing and for £10 a real bargain, There was no down side we had a great time and will be returning in October for a week

30 at the latest you have no hope of getting a sunbed, however around lunch time between 12 and 2 you will find that a lot of the older guests leave the pool area i think because its really hot so you will get a few sunbeds becoming available but you have to be quick as they are like gold dust.

As for the pool there is not enough sunbeds at the pool to accomodate the size of the hotel and as someone previously said people were reserving beds at 7am in the morning even though the hotel has a sign up saying you are not allowed to reserve sunbeds so unfortunatley if you are not down at the pool by 9.
