We had a very nice family apartment 'hawk', what about double bedroom, a small living room, as well as 2 bathrooms had. The kids bedrooms was a little dark with only a skylights, the master bedroom very nice with balcony and wooden panelling. One of the bathrooms had a jacuzzi-bath tub.
Service was consistently good to very good. Sometimes one has the feeling, it could be something warm his, but one is always friendly and helpful.

We booked the day before. We loved the dinner, especially salad buffet very disappointed. As for the breakfast, we got the impression, that limited served is. The lounge in comparison to other US four star hotel the place convinced. We arrived on the Saturday before the check in time, the luggage was not delivered to your room.
