excellent holiday. staff were extremely compitent and helpful and made our stay more than we expected. the a la cart menu was extremely good and better than we would expect back at home. the food and catering manager mohammed was especially good and made us feel more than welcome. we would definately reccommend this hotel and hope to return soon! It was a good holiday in a friendly hotel, but i've been in much better hotels in Egypt. There wer too many Rusian people, who I don't like, and the room service was the worst. The biggest complaint about this hotel is, NO free WI-FI, you must pay 6€ for one hour!!!!!! Read more

The pools are clean, which is a miracle given the number and even the toilets were always clean, no waiting, always paper what to wish for? all people are super nice, the hotel general managers are mingling with the guests trying to find out what to make better, the rooms are great, especially ground floor with a terrace leading directly by 2 steps into the pool, or even your own private pool if you are lodged in a bungalow. - in April 11
