The hotel is at the lower end of the three star category. As a summer place. We were in the October 2010 at cool weather in the hotel and have frozen in the room. Sleep was bearable with three blankets. The hotel management was not ready during the whole week the existing heating to start, but tischte us each day on only a new excuse. The sausages at breakfast are like mini hotdogs - eughhhhh! Food is not labelled, some things are unidentifiable, quite basic. No options for vegetarians, only salad!. You are not provided with any drinks with your evening meal, if half board - you have to buy them, even water! The lifts are really slow and delayed due to so many people waiting for them. On 2 occasions we gave up waiting and climbed down the 8 flights of stairs. Beds were very firm and the pillows were hard. Lovely spot for the beach though. Read more

The hotel made a general good condition. We are not for the first time on mallorca, but for three stars a bit disappointed. the rooms are clean, food was good and plentiful. Guests were mainly English, also in the front desk it wasn't't German tourists set. Was good, if one knows something English.
