The hotel is located on balneario first about 350 meters from the beach on a side street where directly across from a school, in other words it shrieks and raves loud in the mornings at half past eight in front of the balcony! i say so, for the money we paid for a week was really to be expected, but again I would not book this hotel! Bathroom, mountings and furniture was probably from the second world war, the toilet needed for about 20 again climb up a considerable amount of noise in the elevators got stuck twice and definitely an experience! you are looking forward whenever you welfare came out again:-)for people who just want to party after Malle there is acceptable, but we need at least a 15-20 minutes walk to ballermann (or ham street) six. The hotel is for a pure beach and party vacation very well suitable. It was only a few meters away from the beach, the nightlife district Six is you in about 15 minute. The hotel is old, the rooms are small and the decor is Spartan, but the price-performance ratio was completely alright. The staff is friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day. I would recommend this hotel to others because the price/performance ratio was correct, we used for two nights with half board (not) in a functional equipped rooms 40 per person paid clean; however, the three stars are in my opinion not fair, two stars were justified.
