We have stayed on the Internet about this hotel informed and thought how many others, that we didn't and so bad that can not be. But it was worse than expected. It was missing in the food always something either there was no silverware or the cups were missing, or goods total dirty. The food was enjoyable, we stayed six nights a week eating out. The staff were always in a bad mood, except for one person, it was after a few days had bad mood, because you could do what you wanted the staff couldn't laugh. ... children and pleasantly surprised, after reading some of the reviews but have very negative. The staff was unfriendly, we couldn't confirm but perhaps it is also because, as you are dealing with fellow human beings, a smile and a 'Blagodarja' after all, the mood can improve... Some guests we found quite ansprüchig. If more service and entertainment are welcome, then four or five stars (and therefore more!). The sea was not so great, because of the jellyfish but this is a periodic problem and hopefully next time no more. Trakia happy to stay! Read more

The area was okay, but the food, the hotel management should worry about time, to improve it. Apart from that, should the broken pool chairs by the pool and the broken chairs at the pool bar are removed, very high risk of injury. If you take away both of these deficiencies would, it would be a really good hotel good conscience recommend you can. Read more
