We were in this hotel for the first time and not the last time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Therefore I can not understand some of the reviews. Service and bike guide Armin are terrific. Breakfast and dinner were very good. There was a Hors d'oeuvre buffet which left nothing to be desired. Was had something to complain here, it was your own fault. Read more
