The hotel is not necessarily to its four stars but a good City Hotel, in which one in Bologna again. The rooms were normal size and the bathroom was new and very clean. The city center of Bologna is within walking distance and the staff is very friendly and helpful and some restaurant tips. We were just passing through for one night, this time we were very pleased. The hotel is a city hotel next to other hotels, all belonging to the same chain. The guest structure was international.
The rooms are of normal size but unfortunately a little lived in. The decoration is in the style of the late 80s and in urgent need of renovation. The wallpaper on the walls has numerous scratches and cracks. he beds are totally saggy and old an the walls are very thin.
The staff are friendly and English speaking.
We only had breakfast. The buffet was plentiful and of good quality for Italy.
