We were very satisfied with the hotel and would definitely recommend it. All staff were always super friendly and accommodating. Entertainment in the evening and the entertainment was rather poor, as the only Italian and Russian guests have mentioned. Each time we go it gets better.And now they are renovating the rooms floor by floor to a very high standard.Also now have live entertainment in the evenings,Both staff and management can't do enough for you from the time you arrive,until you leave.Got to be one of the best value for money hotels,with a first class location just step outside and you in the centre of Naama Bay.Can't wait until our next visit. Please please please don't be put off by the reviews it really is a great hotel and as I have already said the staff are wonderful especially Hassan & Eslam at the beach bar and Ahmed and Hossan in the lobby bar.

You have everything; location (naama bay centre just outside the reception), 5 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, beautiful views of naama bay and Tiran Island, excellent staff; attentive, friendly and willing to interact as well as service you would not get from European hotels.

lovely hotel staff very friendly and helpfull the guy at the sunrise pool had our sun beds and towels waiting every morning and the bar and resteraunt staff were just as friendly and helpfull food was good no complaints, if you like whiskey ask for brandy it tastes like whiskey ,beer ok rooms very nice right next to pool . - in October 09
what was excellent were the few nights we spent out in the town, finding a nice little and brand new bar called the underground (it's at the side of the taven), cheap beer and shorts (good quality -none of the egyptian rubbish) run by Rachel and her friendly staff. - in October 09

The hotel is in a great location for the nightlife as the hotel entertainment was non existant we went out into shopping malls where you were pestered by shop owners to come into their shops which was quite intimidating at times, would go back to naama bay again but this hotel urgently needs to look at its food hygine standards never a five star hotel and staff at the olympic pool bar were impolite and everything seemed to much of an effort for them, plus side lost weight after staying there on all inclusive . - in January 10

The pools at the hotel are ok, not much smell of chlourine though so not quite sure how clean this meant they were, but all good pools for there own reasons, we mainly spent time at the pool with the slides as this kept the kids happy for hours. - in July 10

there were 3 slides in the main pool but pool staff did not care how many went down the slide at a time and was dangerous at time especcialy at the bottom of the blue slide as they come of there fast.
