The idea of staying in the Tryp Bellver was the same: to touch down in Palma Saturday noon, to go for shopping, dinner and drinking, to stay in a hotel after that and to drive to our village house in the next morning. Such we did. The hotel is quiet ok (as all the Tryp hotels, and with a wounderful situation at the busy Paseo Marítimo. About a kilometer from the hotel old town-cathedral directly by the sea-port. Quite decent 13 floors, and with a small extra charge a very nice room with a view. Amenities such as in the four stars hotel FS-four German channels, fridge, balcony and high bed... We were very pleased with this hotel, as it is right on the port of Palma and also very Central. With our room (room number 1326) in the 13. Floor and we had an ocean view a fantastic view over the port of Palma and the cathedral. The 15 euro supplement/per night is well worth it. At night however was the street noise not so much and close the door to the balcony. The 6-lane road can be noisy. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about or to complain about.
