You get the impression 'what's annoying is the tourist'

For Cuban proportions the hotel has really deserved all the stars.

the complex is very large and small bungalows divided. We had the block 25 and the room number 2543 with a view of the pool (1 floor).
if You in the afternoon peace (?) needs this block not really take, as by the pool loud entertainment took place. That didn't bother us, never, since we were on the day as good as never in the room were.

Great Hotel in fantastic beach location. The area is very well maintained, and the selection of food in the restaurants is good. From the hotel many trips to Havana, Pinar del Rio, Trinidad, etc. be booked. With the double decker bus you can see five CUC the whole of Varadero.
However, we have only once in 14 days, the exchange of the beach towels, as there was a problem with the laundry service. On the whole a very recommendable hotel! Read more

For a truly, enjoyable family holiday without any great excessive luxury very recommended. Very beautiful hotel area, also the own children is to be recommended. In all areas very friendly staff. You should be aware but, the Cuba remains under embargo and therefore perhaps not always everything to each time there is.
The hotel is updated in some areas (beach bar, Laguna-buffet) and therefore is also improvised (as everywhere on Cuba). Instead it is a bar directly at the beach with bar service to the pool chair ☺ ! Read more
