By the end of middle October 2011 as a couple there former, the whole pool area was closed (snack bar and pool) for sunbathing and beach chairs but open. The only negative is the lobby bar of the staff was occupied, but very often only had to be called. The furniture in the lobby is already very worn out and in the restaurant the chair seat covers are but for a four stars hotel but very dirty. Apart from directly behind the hotel line running, we liked it. The location of the hotel is directly behind the hotel line running the only problem, the trains were very loud and the whole day from about 6 o'clock until after midnight so you either by the pool or in the room you had your peace. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. At the front desk was good English spoken and they were very helpful. In the restaurant were different language knowledge (whether German, English or Russian) very rudimentary laid out or not, which led to misunderstandings.
