We felt very comfortable in the two weeks, since it was very clean and well-kept happened. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff in the service as well as Absolutely top kitchen as well as also the other employees of the hotel were absolutely helpful. basicly everyone working at the hotel, the bars the shops the dinning area, the beach area and the manager just wonderfull (special thanks to the hotel manager, Amr, Hassan, Taha Tahr, Ahmed, muhamed and all the others that I unfortunatly forgot their names) We have been in All inclusive hotels many times but this hotel is just great. - in October 09

The beach is lovely you can walk right into the sea although it never goes much deeper than ur knees great to cool u down but if you want to swim you have to go off the end of the jetty or use the swimming pools.

we had a room right on beach 101,great beach bar for us,FOOD i am a fussy eater,but not here there was so much to choose from we didnt get to eat all good on the chefs,ROOMS were big and cleaned everyday even if you wanted to sleep in and had some lovely towel arragements made on our bed,STAFF too many to name,they were excellent,nothing too much trouble,we will miss you till next year, GARDENS were lovely allways kept tidy,JETTY well what can we say that was the best one i have ever been on,must have walked down there 4 times aday,great views of fish and coral,my partner went on more to snorkle,he loved it,FRIENDS we made while we were there,you know who you are we miss you allready you made us welcome on the first day and cry on the last.
