The staff in Tunisia is mainly very friendly, but you should be aware, that all inclusive alone not enough. Without regular tips happened since not much. Hotel was very empty, the good young by the pool wanted us however preferable not operate, a great shame.
Language mainly Arabic and French, German is very broken, but understandable.

Great country, super friendly inhabitants, staff throughout the hotel to be very attentive, friendly, helpful, the Bazaar is a treat! Fastest and most convenient way is the taxi! Located right on the main street, entrance to the hotel was a still side street, just a short walk away from the new Medina (if one enjoyed hustle and pushy salesmen it was ideal, otherwise prefer to take a taxi to the old Medina) A few minutes walk away from the Hannibal Land (amusement park, were not there, so couldn't say anything about it) and from the beautiful marina with great ice cream parlor and many stores.
