We went as a couple to the Turquoise in early May for a relaxing break and got just that! This is our third visit andwe had already booked for a family holiday in August. The staff in all departments are so friendly, most remember returning guests and greet them like friends. For the third time, we have no complaints whatsoever and look forward to our fourth visit in August. Nice hotel area with direct beach access. Only downside was the pool not heated, so that when cool temperatures November-could use. Unfortunately the hotel has finished the season end November, so that both the quality and taste in our second week( middle November) clear reduced and the service team with SM annoying cleaning (for example, sun chairs, Patio furniture, etc.) busy was. very nice and generous hotel complex in a quiet location. Large sunbathing areas and always enough loungers available. outdoor areas very well maintained and in the clean state. big pool with 15 degrees Water Temperature! Temperature of the indoor pool was for our perception also too cold.
It is about 470 rooms a large complex. The first days of vacation was to the meal times properly business at the buffets.

the hotel is spacious, has many rooms and is a bit getting old. Disturbs initially not really. the rooms should however a bit bigger. There is only standard was ordered. Positive is in the late season, the guests need no bracelet to wear. From Russia, with Poland and Belgium here everything is represented.
For 4a 5 stars be bigger. the bathroom has gotten old. As my bathroom cleaners, one could see, everything was not really been cleaned. In the corners of the tub, it smelled a little musty and moldy from.

I personally thought the location was great, but only because i dont leave the hotel, its set in a forest, it has its own private beach ( rather pebbly) there are onsite shops, but u have to travel out if you want markets they offer this as an excursion along with many other days out, its about 1 hr to airport. - in July 10
