unfortunately we had to after the return of our trip to say my wife from the leather jacket the room was gone. The valuables should include something you know, me valuable pieces of the already serious. As an answet on our complaint at the front desk they told us we will fill a statement, I wanted on it the hotel- manager speak, of what a miracle wasn't in the hotel and on the next day ( day of departure) an important meeting and therefore can not.
