Hotel Vale d'El Rei – Suite & Village Resort

Unfortunately the hotel has our expectations, the we because of the website had not fulfilled. The photos were partly very bright and the prospects advantageous presented. The according the homepage luxurious and complete spa facilities consists of a 2a 3 persons jacuzzi, a 2 persons- sauna and an outdated plastic Turkish in a dark, slightly musty room in the basement. We spent a week for the country has to offer. In Lisbon and only by the food very disappointed. My husband is hardly full, because the portions were so small. As a vegetarian I have eaten every evening salad. The buffet breakfast without any variation, because you have to cook your eggs itself. The Vale d'El Rei is a bit away from Lagoa surrounded by hills and sparsely bebautem area. A rental car is a must here, if you don't just take the shuttle bus to the beach and back want to be. The complex is very spacious and green designed, the rooms are clean and the comfort was okay. The breakfast was great, the quality of the evening at the pool bar served food and drinks were varied somewhat.
