New and very clean. Big, comfortable rooms. In quite area, but not very close to the center. When you are travelling by car, there is no problem to get to the city center. If not, it’s not so convenient to visit Sofia. Helpful staff. Good restaurant and breakfast. Free garage for guests. I can absolutely recommend it. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised about this rather UNSPECTACULAR hotel. 4 Stars are quite reasonable. Internet (very fast) there is free wireless internet throughout the hotel. Big bottle of water free of charge in the room. The bathroom is very clean and fairly new. Front desk very friendly and uncomplicated. The gym is gigantic and very well equipped. Lots,when we arrived there was no 3rd bed in the room as per my booking, the bedside and reading lamp did not work, no internet access inside the room,although it said internet throughout the hotel, no hot water in the entire HOTEL,not enough toilet paper,at breakfast no eggs or sausages and we had to wait a long time for them to prepare from scratch,at 9pm we could not have a drink or any snack at the bar, after the first night we checked out and the hotel promised not to charge for our second night so please make sure it does not happen, this hotel is not by far good enough to be a 4 star!
