We have been coming here for three years in this hotel and it is a source of enrichment for us to go there, because each year is something new. To The centre of Velden there is no three minutes away. The hotel is in an excellent location right on the lake with a large terrace. Check-in could be improved, as the room when we arrived in the afternoon was not ready. At the Check-out at 6:30 in the morning was the front desk not occupied (we left the key and asked later by telephone to send an invoice by post). The room itself is clean, but getting old.
