Hotel Venosa Beach & Spa

The hotel is in May opened and therefore still very well maintained. We had two rooms with altogether five beds. The rooms rays still really new. Our cleaning lady came against many negative reviews daily and cleaned the room always to our satisfaction. We always had 2 bottles of water. When we at 5:30 o'clock in the hotel arrived, was called us' welcome ' and at 6:00 o'clock we were already in our beds. A very nice and new laid out hotel complex with a very impressive reception and stay area. Rooms were newly furnished. Since we at night arrived we were on the next day feast the in our room the wall between bathroom and bedroom area area respectively. Daily the rooms cleaned and there was every day fresh towels. We had all-inclusive, and possibilities to improve returns. The Kellner/in still have a lot to learn. The guests were rarely Kellner/in reloading of the service. It was more like a self-service Hotel. The Kellner/in only the guests served if the manager was on duty. Read more

new, large hotel with all inclusive service and mixed guest structure very nice lobby and outdoor terraces. beautiful spacious room with modern tv devices. Safe without extra charge! spacious bath with many land vanity and large shower! daily change of towels. the hotel is really wonderful, as well as the complex. Very clean and well maintained. The beach was however not so nice, quite better Gravel and in the ocean too more rocks, so are definitely bathing shoes to be recommended. Very beautiful rooms with great view. the staff were halfway friendly, German could only 1 man, you don't often see. Without reasonably good English knowledge is there really stranded.
