i didnt like the food found hairs in it ,complained to the chef done us 3 burgers and fries thaught great found big long black hair in that ,he had short hair no women staff .all inclusive no ice creams for kids no fries u have to buy no snack bars. bar all inclusive finish at 11.00pm would not go back even though they offerd us free bed and breakfast for 2 weeks in a couple of months time. We can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
After our hotel change but got sent to Sol verginia (from Halomy village) we were made to feel welcome. The staff is very nice and helpful.
For a small tip the boys made a lot possible. Thanks to the towel boy by the pool ☺
The cleanliness in this area is also very praise-worthy. The room was always super cleaned and with beautiful hand towel creations petals.
The size of the room was absolutely okay. We had a pool view of the beautiful, large terrace.
