3 room changing, no heating, tiny room, partly tubes-TVs, incompetent staff, care by trainees, and
and to end on a good note the Bill twice pay must!
My experience in this hotel unfortunately negative continue indefinitely.
one was always hard-working after complaining the problems (ice cold room, loud air ventilation etc.) to fix it, but in such an incompetent style, this hotel wasn't even a star deserved it!

in the night you can hear the tram pass( in the rooms to street)
breakfast buffet rich and price locked, but with full hotel with waiting times be expected, since the capacitance not available (tables) is

Unfortunately, the four seasons is not what it says on the tin! Chade had all expected more from this hotel. The double rooms are a maximum of three star standard or level and a real disaster, small partly also very dark and more than in need of renovation! Price-performance right here at all. We had a standard comfort room, I would say the bathroom is outdated for this kind of hotel and price charged, the water pressure is really low so that it would a problem to take a shower and we had to go to the spa on the 6th floor.
