I returned form hotel one week ago. This very nice and beautiful hotel. The animation team is the best. People of them are very friendly, nice and lovely. I want to say about one person- Tayfun. What a pleasure to sit amoungst all nationalities and enjoy food that is well prepared and tasty. This is at every mealtime. The Captains of the hotel are always looking after you and making sure you ahve everything you need at every mealtime. The rooms are decorated warmly and welcoming with fantastic seaviews. It´s a new and very nice hotel, espcially the pool-area. The staff doesn´t speak good english, mostly german, so they speak to everybody in deutsch.;-( I think if you work with tourists, english must be a minimum to know working at a hotel. The SPA is also very dark, with RED lights?? The manicure I did was very out of fashion. The staff need modern education. The hotel was only opened this year and it's noticeable. Absolutely fab room, really large and all furnishings in top condition. There's a main road right outside, but you don't really notice it, although you have to cross it to get to Basar 1km away. Or you could always just take the bus to Alanya, which costs approximately £2 and stops directly in front of the hotel.
