Hotel Villa Anna

We stayed here in conjunction with a friendly couple a day/night spent. The check-in was a bit rough, since our reservation could not be found. Other than that, but everything went smoothly. For questions we were very friendly and efficient. We had booked junior suites, the big enough and very clean. We had booked a junior suite. Everything was fine, but unfortunately was the suite on the ground floor and we had no free view structurally outside, but therefor a terrace. The breakfast is on the presentation and quality was in order. Our daughter had a double room as a single room available, also here was like staying in a suite at the hotel facilities to complain about. Only the staircase to the hotel could be a bit of a problem for handicapped people. Read more

Great hotel, a bit away from the city that centre, (about ten minutes on foot along the slope down to the city center), but all the qualities of a four-star hotel offers. The breakfast, which we had booked was a great diversity of food and perhaps not quite as large as the hotel chains, but the quality of the offered better than in other hotels of the same class. This hotel is located in an old residential district of Eisenach, in a beautiful half altitude. The front desk was very cordial and very personal. Each (we were traveling with my parents-in-law) was greeted with a handshake. The rooms are very nicely decorated and feature a large desk, tv, telephone, minibar, walk-in closet, beds and a nice spacious bathroom.
