We stayed from 14 August 2011 05,08-in this hotel in Tenerife. We were looking forward to the holiday, the hotel is clearly the atmosphere. We found notable for its significant deficiencies of the hotel and our room: Duchlöcherte blankets sheets, no beds, but cots, no air conditioning, no soap available in the whole hotel, intolerable chlorine smell in the room.
