Despite always the same food and the large variety of the offer, especially with all-inclusive annoyed, there were two weeks at the hotel Callao garden, but especially from the very good weather for a November was affected. Al negatively I would like to mention the required deposit of 60 €at the check-in and tv-fee of €per hour. Read more

If you want a relaxing holiday, don't book this hotel!!! Unfortunately, we had an apartment near the pool. The apartment was acceptable, except for the rusty bathtub and the very musty cupboards, especially those in the kitchen.
At the pool loud disco music is blasted from 11:30 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. The music was so loud, that even with closed windows and doors and ear plugs, you could still hear it in the room. I the first weekk we were there there was roughly about 6-8 people in the whole hotel , no entertainment at all for the first week ,seems they were waiting for everyone to arrive the second week ,food was terrible chicken nuggetts ,chips,pasta,rice everyday day and night (typical snack bar food) ans when you complained the manager would just shrug his shoulders. - in December 09

just got back from a week all inclusive with wife and 2 year old daughter, lovely and clean there are 2 meat and 2 fish dishes available every lunch and dinner, along with nuggets or fish fingers an for kids, all the salad, cheese and hams etc, drinks all day long 3 great pools, tennis courts, games room, nice staff, really can't fault it . - in March 10

was a terrable hotel we were booked into the merlin but it closed so they moved us to this hotel the food was awful tiny amounts was just like a snack bar we changed hotels as we were not going to stay here its a building site all around it steps everywere it cost loads to up grade but well worth it how upset and dissappointed were we, we changed to the dream villa tagoro and it was a fantastic hotel - in November 09
