ignore all these moaning people, its 3 * not the hylton, so you get what you pay for which is great value for money, i have been going here twice a year for the last 2 years and this hotel has always been brilliant, bar staff 5*, food is standard but nice and always fresh, every day they have different choices and always enjoyable. please try this hotel for yourself unless your german as the entertainment is for the english with music that is not loud but just enjoyable, 5* Read more

The hotel complex has gotten a bit old, but very nicely arranged. there are three pools on several terraces. the complex is clean and tidy. the apartments are very big and you can enjoy good self-catering. The seem to have many holidaymakers made, because in the restaurant was never busy. we had all-inclusive and there was always enough space at every meal. on arrival are 60 euros deposit, either cash or credit, required! Despite always the same food and the large variety of the offer, especially with all-inclusive annoyed, there were two weeks at the hotel Callao garden, but especially from the very good weather for a November was affected. If you want a relaxing holiday, don't book this hotel!!! Unfortunately, we had an apartment near the pool. The apartment was acceptable, except for the rusty bathtub and the very musty cupboards, especially those in the kitchen. At the pool loud disco music is blasted from 11:30 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. The music was so loud, that even with closed windows and doors and ear plugs, you could still hear it in the room.
