Staff: rude, incompetent, had a bit of an idea with a complaint, as all-inclusive guest you had no right to quality and respect (for example coke syrup and water, other guests in the bottle of) cleanliness: you could see the staff at the hotel, but only the lobby and in the front area, the sand hill in the room was always bigger, and general dirt and dust is also increased. Hotel was very nice. Very beautifully laid out garden with middle large pool. Hotel is located directly on the beach, which is perfect. We had a room with a view of the sea, to complain we had such a room. (They wanted to put us in a room on the ground floor, we had booked megabyte) with the cleanliness of the room was not so good.
