We had here a night sleep, since our flier late. The front desk too much, but no 300 persons at once in the lobby. There should be more pluses. The rooms are normal size, but shabby. It leaves the color of the walls and some of the furniture had its best days already past. The buffet offers a selection on the ground floor and was less good. According to the hotel management (brochure) is the hotel a four-star luxury hotel. It was in the hotel and the restaurant nothing to see.

It'd highly recommend the hotel to everyone who wants a relaxing time in Tenerife: all of the staff are excellent (particularly Victor at reception is an absolute star); the breakfast buffet is really nice (everything you could wish for); rooms are spacious, modern and clean; nice decor & sunbeds; very quiet location - perfect!
