A good hotel with many comfort. Very clean and friendly staff. Perfect food.
For a five star hotel should however higher standards be expected.
The fitness room and the sauna are absolutely not the standard. In the fitness room hardly devices and the sauna
Extremely small. More like 3 persons in the 90 degrees sauna no capacity. One must take then already strong watch out
Not on the stove to burn.

The bad reviews this hotel really not deserved! There is no five star hotel good 4 * but the hotel earned in any case. The suites in the hotel are particularly beautiful, large and well equipped. The location of the hotel is perfect. Read more

The SPA was rip-off. With a massage of 25 minutes for 30 euros found 15 minutes only, the rest you in bed sheet the Finnish around. Sauna could only in intimacy take place. More people did not work and the second must get up and the sauna leave, so that the first 'out skin' can. Hammam was closed, shower was missing the torrent mounting and didn't work. The hotel made a very beautiful and comfortable impression, although the 'old' a bit. The room, the lobby, the wellness area and the restaurant were very clean. We were very warmly welcomed and accompanied to our room. We had booked two night package with breakfast and dinner (4-menu) on deal of the day.

We wanted a stress-free, comfortable wellness-weekend. We had this-if we before booking here at holidaycheck. De would have looked. That is certainly not in a other hotel!
Already in terms of the information the stings guests an acrid smell of smoke smell in the nose. The hotel is conservative, dirty, old, definitely it does not deserve 5 stars.
at the friendliness the staff we cannot fault it, even if it seemed a little fake.
