NEVER to this hotel again, but only because of the unfriendly staff at the front desk.
As other have already described, responded the staff at reception at-apprx legitimate/complaints very pretentious and rude.
The hotel was totally overbooked and we had to go to the line of the class, the very big was. But that was only the lack of competence of the staff.
