A nice and friendly hotel with large and nice rooms. The food is good especially the meat. Very friendly staff. We paid extra for a balcony however this was very small. Shouldn't be an extra charge. That was however our only complain. Read more

we stayed for 5 nights with 9 adults and 6 children in the wagrainerhof( partly even teenagers), the cleanliness bathrooms and rooms was perfect. Sometimes were used glasses not washed. the cleaning ladies were always very friendly and helpful. in accordance with the dinner was cleared away very quickly, and asked several times, if we had any more wishes after we have wine, Grappa, coffee consume. We have been at Wagrainerhof many times - both summer and winter. The service is always good and the staff is always friendly. The food is always good clasic austrian and the vinecard i good.The rooms are nice and clean as the hotel in all. In wintertime there is always a good after-ski-snack and in summertime there is play-time-hour for the children. Read more

We were with the cleanliness of the restaurant not satisfied at all. We found the next morning the cutlery and leftovers from the evening before on the floor. The games room for the little ones didn't work, a chamber to put dirty and broken furniture for. The playground was again. The price for the three days it was okay, but we would not again. Read more
