friendly staff, good location and fairer prices (88 euros);
due to the location you have to almost imperative in garage parking-twelve euro are rather good as expensive;
small reductions in cleanliness (carpet, balcony, dust here and there) and unfortunately a really annoying double bed.
The mattresses (in our room) were old and it sags. The beds have no Seitenhalt, that is a huge gap between the two mattresses aufklafft. The sheets are quickly. That was annoying ☹
