Old hotel, not well maintained, though clean. Windows in my room did not close properly, it was very cold, drafty and noisy, the latter in particular for continuous music noise from a neighboring possibility for shopping. Obviously, currently undergoing renovations, a elevator seemed more than happy with the quality of the food (including written evidence of renovation). Hotel near the space Needle; farmers market; from this hotel can many attractions such as the space Needle-15 minutes walk in ten. From there also the various city start tours-funny is a city tour with duck rides cost per person currently 31 $. The room on the street side are noisy something, as it is to a dual carriageway thoroughfare is. Right is attached to a parking garage free both as possible is also valet parking.

Centrally located hotel within walking distance to down town with very good shopping areas, Space Needle and Pike Place Market also just a short stroll away. Only a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity, for those good (American) hotel kitchens. Our room had a balcony with all the basics and in good condition, quality toiletries. reasonably priced hotel garage on American high standard. Very friendly staff, a really pleasant stay.
