Good middle class hotel that was more like to business travellers, but on the weekend with quite reasonable rates. 1600 Penn. Ave (white house) is located about a 10-15 minute walk away. Parking available just up the road and at the weekend at least free of charge. Underground parking costs US$27.00. Shopping possibilities 24 hours just across the street. Tip: For breakfast option is the short walk to the 1100 13th Street (3 minutes. ). The hotel is rather expensive. Pool closed from mid-September. Read more

Hotel was ok, but we didn't so high standards. For us the hotel was a bit out of the way. Every day we had to first always a small walk nap before exploring everything we wanted to see (for example by the first check-in the red bus line). Other than that it was ok and we were satisfied. Read more

The Washington Plaza we liked it very much. It is very centrally located and many things are within walking distance. But the metro not far. We enjoyed the finish to the secure, because the kids pool their pleasures found and we in the open-Airbereich a cool drink in the last sun enjoyed the day. The hotel was in good condition, parking in the hotel's Parkkeller no problem. Few minutes away there is a great supermarket "whole foods" for the German safe is a beautiful experience. Very good location. 10 Minutes from the White House. Bus and underground in 7 minutes. Staff were friendly enough. There was a safe at the reception. Beach chairs and umbrellas at the pool were always free. ATM at the hotel. Read more
