Hotel in the centre on Interlaken, close to Interlaken West railway station. So shopping etc are very easy. However, the two nights we stayed there, the outside noise was unbearable ( loud music till maidnight and the people's noises outside till very early in morning. Could not sleep very well.
The hotel room is spacious and furniture and bath room fittings are very old. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Read more

Front desk staff had at the arrival printer and PC problems, but to react flexibly. However, it took quite long. The actually beautiful, and quiet-room service was not yet cleaned, when we wanted to move around 14:15 (obviously had a herd of pigs is gehaust-I have never seen such a thing). The staff was still busy with the room next door, where also at the first glance to see, that a herd of pigs gehaust there. The hotel is a very small hotel --looks like converted from a house . Breakfast ----is lousy . Rooms are not upto the mark
We had been to Europe ( France ,Austria and Switzerland ) during the months of June and July . Out of all the places where we had stayed ( in Cannes , Chamonix , Interlaken , Luzern and Istanbul ) the hotel in Interlaken was of very low quality and we were surprised with the kind of behavior experienced by us from from the hotel staff and Manager 1, The room decor was atrocious

The receptionist very friendly and so informatif explaining the tour location I wanted to jungfrau, the breakfast is ok and the room quite spacious and the bathroom good and clean , only the elevator so small but no problem. - in January 11

The hotel was very tired and looked like it hadn't had any money spent on it at all for well over 30 years-old fashioned worn and dirty carpets, dated toilet suite, the steel lined shower was like something out of a prison, furniture was old and worn, chairs in the room were outdoor bistro chairs covered in material, the restaurant staff below were somewhat surly and unhelpful (I only wanted some ice and a bucket, the latter of which I never got). - in August 11
