We are a very special hotel, since art accompanies our guests throughout the hotel – from the elegant entrance hall through the artistically staged mezzanines up to the stylish guest rooms that are individually designed. Besides the WLAN access which is available for our hotel guests, free of charge, there is also a hotel- owned garage.

Our city hotel «Der Wilhelmshof» is located in a quiet side alley in the heart of Vienna, in the midst of a classic turn-of-the-century Viennese district, which has for centuries been a melting pot of different cultures. The typical «Old Viennese» Flair can still be felt in the 2nd District of Vienna near the Praterstern. The world-famous Viennese Prater, Vienna's most popular amusement place with its many leisure facilities and the famous Ferris wheel is «just around the corner».

Allow yourself to be surprised anew each time by the different works of art.

I was on business 2 days in Vienna and in the wilhelmshof stayed in. Service was perfect, the breakfast outstanding (bio-rolls, soft egg, ham, sausage, juices, etc.) and the traffic connections sharpened. There is a parking garage ( for a fee), my room was very quiet, I could even while having the windows open sleep! Very good price/performance ratio; 20 minutes away on foot to the centre; urban public transportation in three minutes reachable; Prater is five minutes walk away; good layout of the room; friendly and competent staff (also flexible); perfect cleanliness; breakfast was okay; more expensive car parking space: 17 the night and not even underground parking.

it was a nice hotel, I think we had one of the newer rooms, the next subway was 3 min away and also the prater, free parking arround the hotel is difficult (Mo-Fr), for the garage its another 17 euros, on the weekend you can park for free outside the hotel,it was perfect for our short visit to vienna.
