We had this five stars hotel as the conclusion to our trip for a night Vietnam. The hotel is equipped with everything. Our rooms were large, but had just three star, probably, because the Agency as a stopover cheap booked. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very varied and sufficient, but in the restaurant you felt like being in a station concourse. From the top you have a beautiful view. All of this should be aware hotel in the district five is located. This means it is a bit out of the main centre (Districht1). The free shuttle needs 20 minutes and fixed times in the city. Alternatively, a taxi is cheap and in the city. The district is just five in the evening for Europeans but took some getting used to. The hotel itself was okay. The hotel is located not directly in District 1 but by the frequent shuttle bus very easy to reach. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The bar on the roof terrace had discounted rates, you could in a hotel not always expect. Read more

We went there in December, so the whole hotel was decorated for Christmas after Asian style - for us gaudy - as the entire city. The hotel offered a free shuttle bus downtown. This left every hour from 7 am until evening 11 pm.
We booked an executive room, this was on the 25th floor. From there we had a marvelous view over Saigon. The "higher" category was definitely recommended, first of all the breakfast was included in the price and secondly the street noise volume was more muffled than in the lower floors.

It's possible that guests need to specifically nominate that they'd like late checkout activated (we didn't ask), but if it's included in the room, why not have it active automatically? - Internet is only free for executive room guests (as far as I'm aware) All in all this was one of the better hotels we've experienced, and the upgrade to the executive suite really topped off the stay for us.

Stayed here with some friends - Nice hotel and great value for money Check-in was fine - Friendly and quite efficient - Room was huge seperate bedroom, sitting area, dressing and big balconey - bathroom a little tired but overall the room was very comfy - you can ask for no smoking but think in reality they all are smoking rooms so if you are really fussy about that be aware - i had no issues personally Hotel itself quite nice - rooftop bar quite pretty with good view - service fine, though their English not the best - but very polite and quick to attend - food was ok, not stellar but we did order western so probably not a great benchmark - still quite good and again excellent value - lobby staff were fine if a little forward - its a complicated place to travel around so make sure you have the EXACT address for taxi and ideally a phone number - spa was good - and again great value for money (seeing the theme yet?!

We stayed for three nights in September 2010 having booked an executive package online which included an Executive roomc(a bit bigger), free shuttle to airport, head and shoulder shampoo and massage for two, 2 free laundry items per day, a Vietnamese dinner for two in Totts restaurant, buffett breakfast and free drinks and eats between 5-7 every night in the executive lounge.

on our latest visit we upgraded to the executive floor and was blown away by the elegance and what this upgrade offered which included free wine or beer with finger food between 5pm and 7pm also 2 items of laundry free per day, we are frequent visitors to Asia and have stayed in many top quality hotels however none of them came close to being as good as the Windsor plaza with the staff the most professional and helpful staff of any hotel we have previously stayed at. - in September 10
