  XENIA Ouranoupolis, of P.A.P Corp. hotel family, is located just 2 minutes from the town of Ouranoupolis, built on the most beautiful beach of the area, with an exceptional view towards Mount Athos, the tower of Ouranoupolis and the Amoliani island.
  
  Xenia Ouranoupolis, one of the 10 Greek hotels characterized as "right on the waterfront", has been recently expanded with 3 new two store buildings, an internet cafe, a SPA of 700sq.m., a bar and a spacious reception lobby with many indoor and outdoor areas.
  
  Common architectural elements of the new buildings are along the lines of the 1960's with colors that harmonize with the environment and respect the local construction elements.
  
  Fotios Papadopoulos, architect and CEO of P.A.P corp. declared after finishing the project: "The maintenance and reincorporation of XENIA hotels to the contemporary tourist needs are necessary. We must respect the guidelines taught for decades to all colleagues' architects who were involved with the hotel complex architecture and to apply them in respect to Nature. As we were not only taught by our great teachers morphology and typology but also the respect to the natural wealth of our country".
  
  The 88 new comfortable rooms with sea view respond to all contemporary needs with the well-known P.A.P Corp. hospitality care.
  
  The equipment and furnishing are all designed by the architect, as in every hotel of P.A.P Corp., with emphasis to comfort, functionality and XENIA Ouranoupolis modern retro concept. The materials which were used are from natural raw materials of the region and mark out the character of Halkidiki through simple and modern refined lines.
  
  In addition the new SPA of XENIA Ouranoupolis, is another BEAUTY HAVEN by the hospitality family that started the concept of the rejuvenation and wellness already 10 years ago with the first BEAUTY HAVEN at AGIONISSI RESORT in Amoliani.
