nothing wrong with the hotel, but the aftercare ref lost or left property is absolutely disgraceful communication between myself and the guest relation manager has been absolutely appaling, totaly disgraceful spotless no issues wiht the room despite this hotel actually calling me to advise that they have my bag, and also that thye wiuld then send it back to me, i still have no bag the worst part of this is that i have been sending emails to this customer relations who has opened all my emails but has never replied i have also emailed to... Big and very well-kept area with several pools and restaurants. Beach chairs at the beach and pools were sufficiently available. Food was very good and varied so that there was something for every taste. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating so that you always feel welcome to be.2 drawbacks We unfortunately make first two (very nice) beaches are only with the shuttle bus ride away.2. It was a large area. Guests 40% locals 30% Poland and the rest was mixed. The room was okay. The pool was large and clean, but too few beach chairs and umbrellas. At the pool bar always too few glasses and dirty. The staff often help the matter. The pool was quite pleasant. Restaurant not clean and often overcrowded, dirty glasses and partly very warm beverages. The check-in process was quite good. The only qualified staff was in the wave bar.
