This is my fist ever holiday review I wanted to say what a fantastic time our party had, 10 in total including 4 children, I would like to say how much of a wonderful time we all had. From the moment we arrived at the resort I was a blown away with the service. On our arrival we were greeted by a very friendly man who was one of the porters who helped us with our bags and shown us to our apartment in one the golf buggies the complex has, these are very good as the complex is big but they will run you anywhere you need to go to help you up the hills or just back to your room, the drivers are all very friendly and after a few drinks in one of the many bars you can have a right laugh with them. - in July 11

He would do anything to help all you had to do was smile and say hello and he was making sure everything is good for you, he arranged for champagne and chocolate cake and flowers for our room which was amazing , I know he didn't do this for a tip or credit he did this out of the goodness of his heart and just to go that extra mile I hope that when I return he is a manager of some sorts because he truly deserves it, I haven't even mentioned all the great points of this hotel from the gym and sauna area with indoor pool the amphitheatre, water slides it has it all and for the price it was even more amazing 10 out of 10 for me and my girlfriend I hope we return one day because we enjoyed every minute of it. - in June 11

we stayed here from 02/09/11 untill 09/09/11 we had a good holiday staff very good a few things need to be put right ie bathroom very poor maid service poor room never hovered hotel manager was very good the pool entertainment staff were playing poker takeing 20 euro to play paying the next day as it was not allowed by the hotel i never saw any ony win bar the staff one young man lost a bucket loan of money so beware (dont play ) i recomend this hotel if they sort this poker out. - in September 11

It is good if you are not getting your daily exercise, but not necessarily welcomed by people who are exhausted and need to get to bed ASAP ;) There is no iron in hotel rooms, so you should either forget about ironing your clothes or have them dry-cleaned (of course against a certain fee) by the hotel.

the staff made our stay at paloma the best it could be,the waiters in the restraunt were really friendly and helpful such as: ferhat,yusuf and ibrahim, the entertainment team were also great with music constanly laying and poolside activities we also got along with: halit,mehamet,sahin,halil, chan and yasmin, our room was just the perfect room for us, we also got on well with the buggy drivers, onur and adem, i will surley miss them all loads and miss their excellent service, i would strongly recomend this hotel and i am sure you will have a great time.

The pool areas and beach front is amazing also this hotel is one of few with an actual beach many hotels in turkey don't have an actual sandy beach due to the geographical nature of this country so this is one of the lucky few !

baech is on the resort a two minute walk, shopping facilities is ok bit expensive but your all inclusive so u dont really need to spend unless u are desperate there is supermarket down the road but it is abit of a walk and abit cheaper, next city there is a shuttle bus to take you but never visit it whilst i was there.

Thomas Cook do excursions to town,what they dont tell you is,you travel in dangerous little minibue with local driver,he takes you to his relations shop Sultanns bazaar,then he takes you to gold shop very expensive where you have to stay 1 hour,or more.

we go for years to paloma yasmin and we have the idea that every year its getting better the food is really good and I can recommend the bbq restaurant to all the people who go! - in May 10
