The staff in the restaurant, at the bar and at the front desk is very friendly and attentive. The spa area is very nice. What the menu concerns, we were very satisfied. A excellent kitchen! However the breakfast buffet and the Samstagsbüfett leave our view very to desire. The dishes were carelessly displayed and the buffet not really varied, sometimes the dishes were unfortunately also still coldly. We find: the buffet is a four-star hotel not worthy. Read more

We were there to a ladies extended weekend. The hotel was centrally located and had the usual 4-star equipment. The audience was international and unfortunately hard inconsiderate shaped Eastern European.
the bartender should also urgently in dealing with guests training. After we confirmed booking a night in a other hotel spend had and on the next day after a day of skiing, boots check-in, since our luggage in the room was, this turned completely off.

Overall the perfect hotel. Special thanks to Chef for delecious and very tasty food and to hotel manager for jokes and day-to-day support. Hotel is suitable for young couples likes ours and for families with children.
However it would be better if in the restaurant the menu would be available in Russian language as it is sometimes difficult to understand the names of the dishes in English. Read more

Sensational kitchen on the menu! The buffet was mediocre, but once a week bear. Very nice waiters in the service. The wellness area is very good for a hotel. The bar manager is a little difficult-and the opening times, but also very nice, depends on the mood.
