The hotel is situated in the heart of the Zion NP, there are on foot or by shuttle bus reachable. The rooms are okay, all with balconies. The restaurant gave more like a cafeteria, but the large group could have been, the fed with us. The food is not the highlight, but tasty. Read more

... nothing to complain about - but that's why you are not in your Zion . There is one stop the surroundings and the is excellent. There are several Trials. Partly start the next to the area, or you take the free shuttle bus in the park and launched the various walks. We loved the "Weeping Rock" Trial, but the other Trials don't need to hide. to explore the parks so one should take some days and also be able to walk well (it is also often uphill). For extensive hikers is the location of the lodge, right in the middle of the park, beautiful. By shuttle bus can but also the Gelegenheitswanderer super comfortable in the park. Think that the lodge is an ideal place to stay for people with much in the park and a lot of nature walk to enjoy. Today we would, in spite of the Angels Landing tour, rather save money and a hotel in Springdale (with TV in room) again. BTW, red dot Touristenformation to get locked street and then the lodge. If the Zion National Park is frequented you should stay at the Zion Lodge. The lodge is made up of a main building and about 20 cottages. In the main building there was the front desk, a gift shop, restaurant (the only one in the park and still reasonably priced completely ok) and toilets. The cottages/cabins are rustic and just great with Queenbeds, fireplace, small bathroom, car park in front of the door and veranda.
